My Work Dashboard Screen
Use this screen to access workfiles assigned to you.
Description of fields in the My Work panel
| Field Label | Description |
|---|---|
| My Work | This is the panel label. |
| Search Workfiles | Enter search criteria in this field. Criteria can contain partial information. This field retains the last search criteria you used. |
| (magnifying glass icon) | This option searches for workfiles after entering your search criteria. |
| (black X button) | Use this button to remove the last used search criteria from the Search Workfiles field. |
| Retrieve RPS | Selecting this link retrieves RPS data from CCC. |
| Import Workfile Copy | Select this option to import a workfile copy. |
| Configure Mailboxes | This option opens the Configure Mailboxes screen. Use the Add button to add a mailbox. |
| Workfiles | This option displays the workfiles pane. |
| Calendar | Select this option to display the Calendar pane. |
| Messages | Select this option to display the Messages pane. |
Description of fields in the Workfiles pane
| Field Label | Description |

| New | Options that allow you to create a new workfile and new task. |
| Refresh | Select this option to retrieve updated workfile information in the pane. |
| This option prints the list of workfiles in report form. | |
| Print Preview | Use this option to view the workfiles list on your screen. |
| Export to CSV | Select this option to export the workfiles information in comma separated value file format. |
| (columns in the Workfiles grid) | Clicking on a column to sort workfiles according to the column label. Left-click and drag columns to arrange the viewing order. Column values include: Appointment, Assignment Status, File Status, Location, Location Name, Claim Number, Owner, Vehicle, Assigned, Version, Audit, TL Valuation, Location Phone, City, Zip, Owner Phone, Mailbox ID, Insurance Company, Adjuster, Adjuster Phone, Claim Type, Year, Make, Model, Color, and Estimate $. |
Description of fields in the preview pane
| Field Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Assignment | Vehicle inspection date, time, and address information is displayed in this section. |
| Insured / Claimant | The vehicle owner name and phone numbers appear here. The label name is determined by the vehicle owner relationship to the claim. |
| Vehicle | This section displays the vehicle year, make, model, color, license plate number, and state. The primary impact description is displayed here. Mouse over the description link to view the vehicle graphic showing the primary and secondary point of impact locations on the vehicle. The primary is displayed in red while the secondary impact is displayed in yellow. |
| Claim | Claim number, policy endorsements, deductible amount, and policy number information is displayed in this section. |
| Attachments | This section displays links for Valuation Report, Estimator Notes, Office Messages, Advisor Report, and Attachments. Click the appropriate link to view the contents. |
